Shipping an Order

If the Account Manager/Sales Rep has entered an address and distributed the items in each box, you will see the Shipping Address Card listed.

If there is no address auto-populated, click 0 Distributions and the system will guide you back to Distributions Section to add an address and distribute products to boxes.

Once you have a Shipping Address and distributed the products choose Shipping Type and then Shipping Method.

User can then add an SKU and notes.

Box type

Set up each box type you package and ship. Some shops have many different sizes, some custom made and others will reuse the boxes shipped to them from the suppliers. Either way, it is important to set up how you pack and ship. Box Type will be pulled from the Box settings.

In Box Settings, fill in the information.

When selecting a Box Type, the system will calculate atomatically how many units go into each box and make a label for each respectively.

Then select: 1 or 2

1) Box All With Separate Sizes And Color

  • will make a box carton label for 72 of a single size and/or color

Box All With Least Boxes As Possible

  • This will mix and match colors and sizes in the least amount of packaging

After selecting the 1 or 2 from above, the corresponding boxes will be listed below the shipping details. If there is any missing or damaged product it will deduct the amount from the order and will also display on PDF.

If there is any spoiled product, document it in the allotted space and the amount will be deducted from the order. The Order Recap will show the revenue lost from the spoilage.
