How to Grant Your Clients Access to the Client Portal

If your client signs up for an account they will not have access to their data until you grant them access.

There are two necessary components before your clients can successfully use the Client Portal to track & monitor their orders.

  1. Signing up for a Client Portal account 

  2. Granting access to data

Step one is explained here. It is a very simple process for a client to get signed up for the Client Portal, however this does not immediately grant them access to your sensitive data.

In the interest of your privacy and data security, we have limited access to the specific email address that you explicitly grant access to the Client Portal. 

Here are the steps to get your clients fully onboard.

  1. Navigate to the Client module

  2. Select the client in question

  3. Click on the "Contacts" tab

  4. Add the contact(s) you wish to grant access to the Client Portal

  5. Click on the "Client Portal User" slot - this should add a check-mark next to the contact name

  6. You're done! Your clients now have full access to their data in the Client Portal
