Package: Lost, Seized or Returned?

Resolution

Purchases may be considered for reshipment or a reimbursement in the form of store credit upon request, if that package is:

  1. Seized: You have received a notification of seizure from customs. Kindly provide a clear image of the letter when contacting us.

  2. Lost: No tracking updates for the designated number of days as indicated in the table.

If any of these apply and your country is not excluded from the list below, please reach out to us ASAP.

Excluded Countries

We extend our services to the following countries; however, they are not eligible for resolution in the event of package seizure or loss.

  • European Union or European Economic Area

  • Russia

  • China

  • Africa

  • Middle East, excluding United Arab Emirates

Returned

Resolution will be made available to all countries in the event that the package is returned due to an error on the address label alone, no exceptions. See return policy.
