If you've selected the automatic hide or automatic publish options then the hide/publish actions will happen once a day at the scheduled time of 5:30AM Eastern time.

You will receive emails with the list of hidden/published products.

WipeOut app only has 2 scheduled times. Once in the morning and once in the evening.

Typically our customers choose morning/evening based on their inventory restocking schedule and their timezone.

If you want to hide the products manually before the scheduled time, you can click on 'Hide Sold Out Products' manually.

If you have installed the free version of the app, then please press this button “Hide Sold-Out Products” manually. You will receive emails with the list of hidden products.
