We have added a new feature called "Use Product Alert Levels" at a particular location.

You just need to select this option when setting a location alert rule, and it will compare the product's/variant's inventory at the particular location, to the respective alert level you added in the 'Products Alert' tab.

However, note that creating different set of products for each location is currently not possible. App will check the existing product level alerts from 'Products Alerts' tab.
