Need more historical data for better forecasting?

If you are using $9 / month forecasting plan, then you will have to upgrade to $ 25 / month plan to access historical orders.

You can uninstall the app, reinstall and select the $ 25 / month plan.

However, if you choose $ 25 / month forecasting plan to immediately obtain a year's worth of order data, there is no downgrade option to the $9 plan because it is no longer available.
