Step 1: Sort the Forecast Report

Start by sorting forecast report by the 'Inventory in hand' column in descending order, from high to low.

Step 2: Locate Products with Reorder Quantity 0

Products with a 'reorder quantity' of 0 are overstocked.

Step 3: Calculating Overstocked Quantity

To pinpoint the exact overstocked quantity for a specific product, click on the calculations icon 'i' of the product. Look for the 'days of stock closing stock' in the calculations window; this number represents the overstocked quantity for that product.
