WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you use Storekeys application, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your device, IP address, time zone, and usage of the application.
Additionally, as you use the application, we collect information about purchases, products that you view, which stores you visit, and information about how you interact with the application. We refer to this automatically collected information as Device Information.
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
Log files track actions occurring on the application, and collect data including your IP address, profile information, location, and date/time stamps.
Also, when you register a profile on the application, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. This is called Profile Information.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use the Profile Information that we collect generally to enable usage of the application and its functions (including processing your payment information and providing you with receipt for any purchases).
Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you.
Screen usage for potential risk or fraud.
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to products and stores.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud and more generally to improve and optimise our application and its offers.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.
We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
We use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you in the application.
You can opt out of targeted advertising by turning it off in the application.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information is corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make a purchase in the application), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.
The personal data that we collected from you is generally stored within a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area (“EU/EEA”) but may also, whenever necessary, be transferred to and processed in a country outside of the EU/EEA. Any such transfer of your personal data will be carried out in compliance with applicable laws and without undermining your statutory rights.
A third party country does not apply the legislation GDPR. If Storekey transfers your personal data to a third party country, we check that there is either an adequate level of protection in the country or that there are special guarantees that the information and your rights are protected. Sufficient guarantees can be that the transfer is regulated by special contract clauses that protect your rights or by internal company rules that are passed through. The contract clauses that are mentioned have a content that aims to ensure that the contractor shall live up to the standard that the GDPR requires and ensure that your integrity is protected.

Storekey will automatically delete accounts with all personal information in the application that has been inactive for three years. The account will then be deleted three years from the registration if the registered do not actively elect to save their account. An account is considered to be inactive if the registered account holder has never been used or if the account holder has not logged in to their account for three years.
