Introduction
Please read carefully the general terms and conditions before using the App (hereinafter referred to as Application). The use of the Application requires that you register with Vender Convenience and, in connection therewith, agree to the terms.
The license
Provided you comply with these terms and conditions as determined by Vender Convenience from time to time, you are hereby granted a non-transferable and non-assignable right to use the Application while you are bound by these terms. The right means that you may use the Application in accordance with these terms. If you do not comply with the terms, Vender Convenience may terminate your right to use the Application with immediate effect. All rights not expressly granted to you are retained by Vender Convenience and the material included in the Application may be protected by intellectual property rights and thus belong to third parties. These Terms do not grant any right to use such material.
Use
The license means a right to download, install and use the Application on a mobile phone. You may not, except as required by law, terms or license terms of any components based on open source code, attempt to copy, deconstruct, derive the code, decrypt, modify, or create derivative works based in whole or in part on the software in the Application or on the services therein. By using the Application, you agree that Vender Convenience, in accordance with the terms, records the information that you enter or that is generated via the Application. A prerequisite for the service to function is that you register your e-mail and a valid payment card.
Payment
The customer is responsible for ensuring that a valid payment card belonging to the customer is entered in the Vender Convenience app. The customer agrees that card details are stored with the 3rd party that Vender Convenience uses as a supplier of payment systems.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that payment has gone through for all goods taken from the store before the customer leaves the store. Vender Convenience reserves the right to subsequently charge the customer for the goods that were not paid for at the time of purchase.
Limitation of liability
Vender Convenience shall not be liable for personal injury, indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, damaged or lost data, information or electronic valuables, failure to send or receive data or information, business interruption or other business damage or loss not attributable on Vender Convenience, which arises in connection with use of the Application.
Vender Convenience reserves the right at any time without responsibility or liability to update, upgrade, change, temporarily or permanently limit or shut down the Application or access to the Application.
Vender Convenience undertakes no obligations to provide any form of support or maintenance of the Application.
Miscellaneous
These general conditions apply until further notice. Vender Convenience has the right to change the terms of the Application. In the event that you accept the new terms or alternatively continue to use the Application, you are deemed to have accepted the succeeding terms. Otherwise, you must uninstall the Application from your device. The terms also apply to all future updates to the Application that Vender Convenience provides and which replace and/or supplement the Application, as long as and to the extent that this is not covered by a separate agreement.
