Change an order status

To manage the order journey, simply navigate to the Orders tab on the left-hand side of the main page.

Go to Live Orders.

Click on the green Accept order button to update the order status to the next stage.

Depending on the type of order, the status options will proceed as follows:

  • Delivery: Accept order > Preparing > Out for delivery > Delivered

  • Collection: Accept order > Ready For Pick up

  • Table Order: Accept order > Accepted
