You can add tags and allergen labels to your menu items to ensure you comply with health and safety guidelines.

Go to the Menus tab, click on Edit on the item of your choice. A pop-up will appear, select Tags & Allergens.

Don’t forget to save all changes by clicking Save changes

On the customer’s side, you will see these tags and allergens appear in two different ways

  1. Tags appear on the main menu page, as follows:

  1. Allergens are listed in the allergen section, visible after clicking on “Allergens” next to the menu item’s name, as follows:

We also recommend adding a Store Notice in your store settings requesting your customers to add a note at check out, should they have any allergies or dietary restrictions.
