To set up Gratuity on your store click on Stores > Store Settings > Gratuity

Here you'll find options to customise tips.

Gratuity can be disabled/enabled and the label can be edited. We've also added a new Smart Tips feature. Click here to learn more

If you want tipping to be voluntary, set the first option as 0.0%. For mandatory tipping, you can either set the same tipping amount across all options, or enter various amounts (5%, 10%, 12.5%, 15%).

When you set the first option as 0.0%, your customers will see the option "Not now" at checkout.
