On the left-hand side of your storekit dashboard, go to Orders > Live Orders
Live Orders will only show you the orders for today.
Under the All Orders tab, you can access useful information such as order codes, order type, customer details, cash/card payment, etc.
You can sort your orders by type (1), filter them by archived or rejected orders (2) or group-by-date (3). You can also increase the number of orders displayed per page by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking on the dropdown button.”
The Customer tab shows a list of all your customers and their contact info, marketing subscription, last order date, total spend and total number of orders.
By clicking on a customer’s name, you can access detailed information about them. This includes their past order history, favorite products, average order value, and the frequency of their in-store, delivery, or pickup orders.
