Archiving orders allows you to remove test orders from your reports once you are ready to go live. Our recommendation is to only archive test orders and avoid archiving past orders or refunds, as this will remove them from all your reports including the Customers section.
To archive a test order on your storekit dashboard, go to:
Orders > Click on order code > Click on More actions > Archive
If you accidentally archived a past order, no problem! Just reach out to us via chat, and we'll help you unarchive it.
