Introducing Refund Reports: Streamlining Your Refund Management

We're excited to launch Refund Reports, a new feature designed in response to user requests, aimed at simplifying refund management.

Features & Benefits:

  • Detailed Tracking: Get comprehensive reports on all refunds, including dates, order total, refund amount, customer details, and reason for refund.

  • Increased Transparency: Maintain clear records of all refund activities for enhanced customer trust.

  • Efficiency: Automated report generation saves time and reduces manual efforts.

How to Use: Simply access this feature through your storekit dashboard > Analysis > Sales > Refunded Orders. Select the dates and stores. You can also export this report by clicking on the Export button above the date selection.

Refund orders report is now available for all users, reflecting our commitment to enhancing user experience based on feedback (feature request). Get started today to experience a more efficient way of managing refunds!
