Once you're in Activity Calendar, click on the Export button on the left-hand side above your calendar display:
From here you can customize the calendar's colors, text, and add a logo:
Select whether you want to export as PDF, Word, or CSV.
Select the time you want to view: an entire month, a specific week, or that day
Once you've got all your selections made, click the Export button at the bottom of the screen.

What can you do with these exports?
Embed or attach them to emails that get sent to family members
Print the off and display them in your facility
Print them off and distribute them to residents
Put them up on your website or social media channels
