How to reset a Super User's Password

If a Super User forgets their password and needs to reset it, please follow these instructions:

Upon typing in an incorrect password, click on the 'Forgotten password?' text in the bottom, left-hand corner.

Then, request a password reset email be sent.

Go to your email inbox and follow the password reset instructions sent from StoriiCare.

Keep in mind that the password reset emails will go to the email address listed in Business Settings > Account. You can change the email address at any time if necessary.
