"I need more time to think about an answer."
No problem!
When you get a call from Storii, you're instructed to Press 1 whenever you're ready to record your answer. There's no rush. Take your time to think about it. You can always Press 2 to repeat the question.
Alternatively, hang up. You can always call the same number back and record your answer whenever it is convenient for you!
"My answer got cut off."
When you're on the phone recording your answer, you will hear a warning letting you know that you're close to reaching the ten-minute time limit. If you didn't get to finish your answer, there are a couple of ways you can add to it, ensuring the full story is recorded.
Add the question back to the Upcoming Questions list
Log into Storii
Click on the Life Story profile
Click on Answered Questions
Find the question you want to finish answering and click the Add to Upcoming Questions button, or add to the transcription by clicking the Edit button and typing directly in the text box
The next call recording will be added to the answer, it won't erase or replace it.
Call Storii
Call the number you receive Storii calls from
You'll then be able to hear the next question in the Upcoming Questions queue or you can create your own topic (in which case, you could repeat the question you were asked earlier)
