Storii does not require a smartphone or access to the internet in order to receive Storii phone calls. However, you do need internet access to view a Storii profile and listen to call recordings or adjust scheduled call times.
Storii profiles are easily accessible on most devices. Log in using your browser (https://family.storii.com/login) or the Storii Family App (accessible in Apple and Android App stores).
To Login:
Enter the phone number you registered with
Then click the 'Send phone login code'
This will send a one-time 6-digit verification code via SMS or phone call.
Enter the 6-digit verification code and Login
Please note that the verification code is for one-time use only. You will need to generate/send a new one the next time you are prompted to log in.
➡ How to Set Up a Password in Storii
If you would like to set up a regular, user-generated password to use when logging in, you can do so from the Settings area in your Storii account.
Once you have logged in to your Storii account, click the arrow next to your profile image and select Settings
Go to the Password tab
Set your password
Save your changes
You will now be able to log in using your phone number and password (rather than using one-time verification codes).

If you have forgotten your Storii password, please follow the instructions below:
At the login screen, click 'Forgotten password?'
If you have an email address set in your profile, enter this and you will be sent an email with a link to reset your password
If you do NOT have an email address set in your profile, you will need to use a one-time verification code to reset your password
You can also change your current password anytime you are logged into your Storii account by:
Clicking the arrow next to your profile image
Selecting Settings
Going to the Password tab
Entering your current password
Entering your new password
Saving your changes
