For Video accounts:

  1. Go to your Member Dashboard: https://www.videoblocks.com/member/dashboard 
  2. Locate the Your Subscription field near the bottom of the page
  3. Click on Cancel Subscription 
  4. Fill out your cancellation reason and select the yellow "Confirm Cancellation" button

Please note that cancelling your subscription disables the auto-bill function. You will still be able to access and use your account up to the listed Expiration Date. 

For Audio Accounts: 

  1. Go to your Member Dashboard: https://www.audioblocks.com/member/dashboard
  2. Select "Billing & Subscription"
  3. Select the link inside "If you wish to cancel your subscription, please click here"
  4. Select "Continue Cancelling"
  5. Check the box confirming your cancellation and then select the yellow "Cancel My Subscription button". 
  6. You’ll know you’ve successfully canceled when you reach the exit survey and receive confirmation emails of the subscription cancelling.

For Image Accounts: 

  1. Go to your Member Dashboard: https://www.storyblocks.com/member/dashboard 
  2. Click on Manage My Account
  3. Click on End My Subscription
  4. Fill out your cancellation reason and select the "Continue" button
  5. Select the white "Yes, Cancel My Subscription" button
  6. Select the white "Confirm Cancellation" button
  7. You’ll know you’ve successfully canceled when you reach the exit survey and receive confirmation emails of the subscription cancelling.

Please note that cancelling your subscription disables the auto-bill function. You will still be able to access and use your account up to the listed Expiration Date.
