Occasionally, browser caching will cause videos in the timeline to become stuck in a loading state. When this happens, we recommend that users do a hard refresh to ensure that videos get reloaded into the project correctly.

To perform a hard refresh and bypass the cache, open the project in Maker and press the following key combination in the browser:

The page should refresh and all of the videos in the project and on the timeline should reload. This could take a few seconds depending on the length and number of assets in the project.
