EPS - Vector format
The individual elements of these files can be edited with the appropriate vector software, such as Adobe Illustrator. EPS files can be opened in some non-vector software, but the images will be flattened to a single layer.
PDF - Vector format
These files are compatible with hundreds of editing programs, and individual elements can be edited or modified with the appropriate vector software.
PNG - Raster (non-vector) format
When applicable, these files contain transparent backgrounds. These are flat images that will not allow you to edit the image’s individual elements.
