How can I cancel my account and stop it from renewing?

To cancel your account:

  1. Go to your Member Dashboard

  2. Click on Manage My Account

  3. Click on End My Subscription and follow the instructions

  4. You’ll know you’ve successfully canceled when you reach the exit survey
