Yes. Once a subscription has been canceled, you still will have access to download content in your account through the end of your paid subscription period.
For example, if you sign up for one year on January 1st and cancel in February, you can still use your account through December 31st.
After the end date, you will need to resubscribe in order to continue downloading.
