How to Save Your Branding in a Workspace

Once you have created a new workspace, you can save your branding elements to simplify and streamline the video creation process for your team members. All the settings chosen below will be saved and become the default for all videos you create from this workspace.

Under the Settings tab you will see the follow options:

Brand Kit

In this section you can add a primary, secondary and text colors. Here is a diagram explaining where all the colors will be used.

You can also select a font you would like to use.

Logo and Images

In this section you can add your logo as well as a square icon.

This is an image showing where your logo will be displayed. You can adjust the logo positioning for the prompt, content, and video. You can also add a branded background to your collection pages. To upload a background select Upload Image, recommended size is 512px x 512px or larger, search Unsplash for a stock image if preferable.

Videos

Add in the following elements:

  • Your video color palette - This includes title screen, nameplate and text colors.

  • Font and size - Select your font and font size.

  • Music style - Select your music, upload your own, or have no music.

  • Intro/Outro - Upload MP4 intro and outro videos.

  • Logo positioning - Position your logo and scale.

  • Toggle options - Toggle whether you would like to include an outro with your logo, remove your logo from the first clip, and remove your logo from the last clip.

  • Aspect ratio - Select whether you would like this to be landscape, portrait, or square.

  • Transitions - Select whether you want these to fade in/out or have no transitions.

  • Filler words & silences - Select whether to automatically remove filler words and silences.

These branding elements will then become the default for all prompts and videos that are created by any team members in this workspace.
