How to Add Someone to a Strada Agent

Strada uses Agents to manage connections between team members. An Agent is like your team’s secure gateway for sending and receiving files directly. Adding someone to an Agent gives them access to collaborate with you—no extra setup required.

Steps to Add Someone

  1. Open Strada
    Launch the Strada desktop app and sign in to your account.

  2. Go to Agents
    In the navigation, click on Agents to see a list of the Agents you belong to.

  3. Select Your Agent
    Choose the Agent you want to invite someone to join.

  4. Invite a Member
    Click Add Member or Invite (button will appear in the Agent view).
    Enter the person’s email address.
    Assign their role (e.g., Admin or Member)

  5. Send Invitation
    The person will receive an email with instructions to join. Once they accept, they’ll be part of your Agent and ready to collaborate.

Notes About Adding Members

  • Permissions: Admins can manage members and settings; Members can send/receive files.

  • Security: All invitations are tied to an email address, so only the person you invite can accept.

  • Flexibility: You can add or remove people at any time.
