Stratiphy £1,000 Investment Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
1. About the Prize Draw
This prize draw is operated and promoted by Stratiphy Limited (Company No. 12510853), registered at 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE.
2. How to Enter & Eligibility
To qualify for the prize draw, you must:
Have or open a Stratiphy account via the Stratiphy app.
Be one of the first 500 people to create an investment strategy with Stratiphy within the qualifying period.
Qualifying Period: 10 AM on 27th February 2025 – 11:59 PM on 31st March 2025.
Important Notes:
The minimum amount required to set up a strategy in the app is £100.
Your strategy must remain active and funded throughout the qualifying period.
Each funded strategy = 1 entry into the prize draw. Creating multiple strategies increases your chances of winning.
Strategies that are closed during the qualifying period will not count towards the prize draw.
Who Cannot Enter?
If you close, delete, or request to transfer your Stratiphy account before 11:59 PM on 31st March 2025.
If you are an employee, worker, consultant, or close family member of someone working with Stratiphy.
If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will automatically be entered into the prize draw. If you prefer not to participate, please contact us at support@stratiphy.io or via the in-app chat by 31st March 2025.
3. Winner Selection & Notification
Three (3) winners will be randomly selected via an independent computer process overseen by Stratiphy.
Selection Date: 1st April 2025
Winners Notified By: 11:59 PM on 4th April 2025 (via the email registered to their Stratiphy account).
Claiming Your Prize
Winners must respond within 5 business days to confirm acceptance.
If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, they forfeit the prize.
A new winner will be randomly selected by 14th April 2025, following the same process.
4. The Prize
Three (3) winners will receive a £1,000 - funded investment strategy in their Stratiphy account.
Key Prize Terms:
The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted for cash or other benefits.
Only the named winner can claim the prize—no third-party claims will be accepted.
The Strategy available for the winner(s) will be a momentum all sectors Strategy. The risk profile will be determined by the winner (s).
If the winner’s existing Stratiphy subscription does not have capacity for additional Strategies to be added in that subscription tier, Stratiphy reserves the right to add the prize to an existing strategy that the winner (s) has already set up.
5. Additional Terms
These Prize Draw Terms supplement the Stratiphy Terms & Conditions and Promotional Terms (available in the Stratiphy app and website). In case of a discrepancy, the Stratiphy Terms & Conditions will take precedence.
By entering, you accept these Offer Terms and agree to comply with them.
Liability Disclaimer: Stratiphy is not responsible for:
Any technical issues (e.g., server failures, network disruptions, or software errors) that may affect participation or winner selection.
Any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered as a result of participating.
Data Privacy:
We will process your name, email, date of birth, bank details, residential address, and account details solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw.
Your personal data will be handled in line with our Privacy Notice (available on our website).
