Stratiphy 1% ISA Cashback Offer – Terms and Conditions
1. Offer Overview
The Stratiphy 1% ISA Cashback Offer (“Offer”) provides 1% cashback on eligible deposits or transfers into a Stratiphy Stocks and Shares ISA, up to a maximum of £200 per customer for deposits and £400 for ISA transfers. This Offer is provided by Stratiphy Limited, an FCA-authorised firm (FRN 976267), registered in England and Wales (Company No.12510853).
This offer is valid until 11:59pm (midnight) on 5 April 2026. Applications and qualifying deposits or transfer requests must be submitted by this time to be eligible.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for the Offer, you must:
Be a UK resident aged 18 or over with a valid UK bank account.
Open a new Stratiphy Stocks and Shares ISA or have an existing one.
Deposit or transfer at least £1,000 (“Qualifying Amount”) into your Stratiphy ISA
Keep the Qualifying Amount in the ISA account and have at least one active investment strategy for 6 months from the date funds are received (“Holding Period”).
Register for the Offer by completing the ISA transfer form
Only one cashback payment will be made per eligible user, regardless of the number of ISAs held. Stratiphy reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time with 7 days' notice.
3. Qualifying Amount
The Qualifying Amount is the total net contribution to your Stratiphy ISA during the Promotional Period (deposits or transfers minus any withdrawals).
For example, depositing £1,000 qualifies for £10 cashback; £20,000 qualifies for £200 (the maximum) and transferring £40,000 qualifies for £400 (the maximum).
Market performance affecting your ISA’s value does not impact eligibility, as long as the net contribution meets or exceeds £1,000.
Transfers must be completed directly from another ISA provider to maintain tax-free status. Withdrawals and re-deposits do not qualify.
4. Active Investment Strategy
An “active investment strategy” means a strategy that has funds invested into it in your Stratiphy ISA, maintained throughout the Holding Period.
5. Cashback Payment
Cashback is calculated as 1% of the Qualifying Amount, up to £200 for deposits and £400 for transfers.
Cashback will be credited to your Stratiphy ISA cash account within 30 days after the 6 month Holding Period ends.
Cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and paid in pounds sterling only.
If you withdraw funds before the 6 month Holding Period ends,you may forfeit your cashback. We reserve the right to deduct the cashback from your Stratiphy account or future contributions.
6. Important Information
Investment Risk: Investments in a Stocks and Shares ISA can go down as well as up, and you may get back less than you invest. Cashback does not offset potential losses.
FSCS Protection: Eligible deposits are protected up to £85,000 under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), but investment losses due to market performance are not covered.
Tax: The Offer is not a tax avoidance scheme. Tax treatment depends on your circumstances and may change. Seek professional advice if unsure.

7. Changes or Cancellation
Stratiphy reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Offer at any time for practical, operational, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be communicated via the app or Community Forum or email. If the Offer is cancelled, eligible customers who met the criteria before cancellation will still receive cashback.
8. Compliance
The Offer complies with FCA regulations.
Stratiphy, at its sole discretion, may exclude customers if we suspect fraud, non-compliance with these T&Cs, or regulatory issues.
We reserve the right to withhold cashback where we reasonably suspect abuse, gaming or breach of these terms, including artificial deposits and withdrawals.
If unclaimed after six years, cashback may be donated to charity per FCA rules.
By registering for the Offer, you consent to Stratiphy processing your personal data for the purpose of administering this promotion, in line with our Privacy Policy.
