1. Click on the Menu dropdown on the left nav bar
2. Click on Create New Menu
3. Click on Save and choose the appropriate option
4. You can now navigate between the two menus in the dropdown
5. If you navigate to the new "Lunch" Menu you can populate it with Categories
6. Existing Categories come from your POS
NOTE: these categories sync with the POS meaning they will have the same items that are in that added and removed from that category on the POS
7. New Categories are independent from the POS
NOTE: These categories are strictly on Stream and therefore do not sync with the POS items will have to be manually added & removed from them on Stream
Toast users will not have this option
8. After you've added your categories click the appropriate Save option
9. After you finish adding all the categories click Manage Hours
10. Give your menu hours
NOTE: You can use the copy button to copy hours to all the days
11. Click on Apply
12. Click on Save Hours
13. You are all set you and your new menu is ready to be published
