This is a legal agreement between you, the Customer, and the Licensor Streamline Design Inc. Streamline Design Inc is the company that has created Streamline icons, illustrations, elements, and emojis for personal and commercial use. In exchange for the purchase, Streamline Design Inc hereby grants to the Customer a license under the copyrights to use Streamline assets as described below. Purchasing the Streamline icons, illustrations, elements, or emojis constitutes your acceptance of the terms of this agreement.
1- License scopes
✅ Download all vector sources as a .zip, organized by categories in folders.
✅ Easy to import in Iconjar or other asset managers.
✅ Easy to edit our SVG vectors with your favorite vector tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, etc.
✅ Lifetime license, you can use these assets forever.
✅ Unlimited projects allowed, as long as you use up to 100 icons, 50 illustrations, 50 elements, or 50 emojis per project.
✅ One-user license.
✅ An unlimited number of commercial or personal projects.
✅ An unlimited number of users for the applications, websites, and software you will build using the Streamline icons , as long as you use up to 100 icons, 50 illustrations, 50 elements, or 50 emojis per project.
✅ Any type of project: templates, website design, application design… even logos! For
example, you can include 100 icons in a pitch deck, and 100 different icons in a marketing website.
✅ For yourself or on behalf of a client. You can use the Streamline assets for an unlimited number of clients, as long as you use up to 100 icons, 50 illustrations, 50 elements, or 50 emojis per project.
✅ Own a royalty-free license that allows you to use our vector assets in unlimited projects without crediting us.
Customers are also allowed to :
✅ Use the Streamline assets they included in their projects in perpetuity. There is no time limitation and no renewal fees needed. After you download our vector assets, you
can keep them forever in your projects.
✅ Use the vector assets in any location. There are no geographical limitations.
✅ Modify assets in shape, size, color, and/or file/format.
✅ Include assets in templates or work intended to be reproduced by a third party for example in a web design template, or PowerPoint template, as long as you use up to 100 icons, 50 illustrations, 50 elements, or 50 emojis per project.
✅ Embed icons as vector files, and in any file type (for example SVG, PNG, Figma, or Sketch files)
✅ Use in open-source projects, as long as you use a maximum of 100 icons, 50 illustrations, 50 elements, or 50 emojis per project, and make clear in your license that these assets are still the property of Streamline Design Inc and can be used only in the context of an open-source project.
✅ Incorporate assets into a logo or other trademark.
✅ Place icons or illustrations on physical items for resale or on any similar mass-produced item, as long as the icon is not the main value of this product. The asset has
to be part of a unique and creative design and not the only graphic element that gives
visual value to the product.
2- License limitations
⚠️ No access to any new assets after your purchase.
⚠️ No access to the premium version on our Streamline App & Figma plugin. If you want to access the assets in our Streamline App & Figma plugin, you must purchase a subscription.
⚠️ Maximum of 100 icons, 50 illustrations, 50 elements, or 50 emojis per project. (For example, you can include 100 icons on a landing page, and 100 different icons on a marketing website, 100 icons in an application).
⚠️ By default, only 1 licensed user in your company/organization can access all the vector sources that you downloaded after the purchase and use them. You can increase the number of licensed users by contacting us. These licensed users can prepare a selection of icons (up to 100) or illustrations, elements, or emojis (up to 50), forwarded to other employees. Other employees using this icon selection, like developers or designers, are not considered licensed users, so there are no limitations on their number.
⚠️ You are not allowed to sell or redistribute our assets.
⚠️ You're not allowed to modify the original design/artwork so as to render them unrecognizable from their original state with the goal of reselling them.
⚠️You are not allowed to transfer the license to a new owner.
3 - Terms and Conditions
Product: The asset being sold is described in detail on the product page.
Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. The Streamline product will not be delivered until payment is received and cleared.
Delivery: As soon as a successful payment is established, an email shall be sent to the purchaser's registered email with the download link for the purchased license.
License: The purchaser is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product. The license is limited to the purchaser and cannot be shared or transferred to any third parties.
Intellectual Property: Streamline products are owned by Streamline Design Inc. and are protected by copyright laws.
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds will not be issued unless the product is defective or not as described.
Warranty Disclaimer: The digital product is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: The seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the digital product.
Termination: We may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of this Agreement confidential and not to disclose it to any third parties.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming/USA. Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming/USA.
Modifications: These terms and conditions may be modified by Streamline Design Inc at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be posted on the product page and will take effect immediately.
