At Streamline, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience, and that includes our refund policy.

If you contact us within 48 hours upon subscription or renewal, we'll refund the total amount paid minus the Stripe fees. If you contact us after 48 hours, the following refund policy applies:

  • For MONTHLY subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund for the current month, but you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the billing period.

  • For ANNUAL subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current annual billing period. You will not receive a prorated refund for the remainder of the annual term, but you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the current annual billing period.

  • Individual sets purchased from our website are non-refundable.

If you have a specific and reasonable reason to claim a refund, please contact our support team and we'll do our best to assist you.
