Introduction

Street Diligence is a contract intelligence platform focused on helping you negotiate better deals and reduce your risks. Combining AI and human analysis, we extract and provide analytics on hundreds of key deals and legal terms from financial contracts.

Street Diligence can process and analyze over 100 financial contracts which can be bucketed into the following categories:

  • Corporate Debt

  • Asset-Backed Debt

  • Collateralized Loan Obligations

  • Fund Finance

  • Reinsurance

  • Limited Partnership Agreements

  • Mergers and Acquisitions

Reliability and Accuracy

Our tool intakes your documents to locate the key terms and concepts. After this takes place, our team of trained experts then analyzes the AI's output to confirm that the information is accurate. As a user of the tool, you have the ability to reference the original document by auditing to the PDF of the analyzed document. When clicking on a term value within the term analysis, the Enhanced View on the right-hand side will take you to the clause related to that term in the document.

On the Street Diligence login page, we have one of two options for logging in: you can either use your company’s Office 365 account or log in with your email and password. We also support other means of SSO such as log in through Google, Linkedln, and other SSO services. Please check with your company to see what the preferred way is. If you’re logging in with your email and have forgotten your password, simply click on the “Forgot Password” link below the login button. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.

The login page also offers access to our Help Center, which contains training articles and videos to help you navigate the platform. To visit it, click on “Help” at the top right of your screen. For additional assistance, you can also reach out to us via the “Live Chat” section in the top right corner.
