How do I close my Streetbeat account?

We regret to see you leave! Your feedback is valuable to us, so please don't hesitate to share your comments with us at support@streetbeat.com. If there's anything we can do to address your concerns and encourage you to continue investing with Streetbeat, please let us know.

At this time, we do not offer a subscription-free option. If you wish to close your account, follow these steps:

  1. Open the app and go to “Account” section

  2. Tap the settings icon located in the upper right corner

  3. Tap on "Account"

  4. Select "Delete your Streetbeat account"

  5. Read all the information thoroughly in order to understand the impact and what will then automatically happen after doing so

  6. Click on the red "Delete Account"

Your account will then no longer be active, and its status will change to: “Frozen”. You will have a grace period of 7 days to rescind the closing of your account. To stop the account closing, please contact us at support@streetbeat.com.

IMPORTANT: Please note that this action will result in the closure of your account, but it won't lead to the cancellation of your Apple subscription. If you wish to cancel your Apple subscription, follow the steps below:

  1. Open your settings in your Apple device

  2. Tap on your name

  3. Select “subscriptions”

  4. Manage your Streetbeat subscription
