  • SEPA transfers are only available for European residents

  • Make sure that your bank entity accepts SEPA transfers

  • Deposits must be sent from a bank account under your name

  • The address on your bank statement must match the one you registered when creating your Streetbeat account. If it does not match, please contact our Support Team.

  • If you haven’t linked any bank account yet, the app will guide you through the steps to add one before depositing

How do I deposit via SEPA?

To deposit funds into your account by SEPA, follow the steps below:

  1. Open "Streetbeat"

  2. Tap on "Deposit"

  3. Tap on “Direct transfer” (If your bank institution is not listed, do not worry: you only need to use the account information shown in your Streetbeat profile and make a transfer directly from your bank)

  4. Enter the amount you wish to deposit

  5. Select your bank entity

  6. Tap "Deposit" to confirm

It may take up to 3 business days for this transfer to be reflected in your account balance.

IMPORTANT: Fees may apply if the transfer is made in a currency other than US dollars. Partners can charge a 0.5% conversion fee.
