Deposits must be sent from a bank account under your name
The address on your bank statement must match the one you registered when creating your Streetbeat account. If it does not match, please contact our Support Team
Make sure that the bank account you are using is not a saving account
If you haven’t linked any bank account yet, the app will guide you through the steps to add one before depositing
How do I deposit via ACH?
To deposit funds into your account by ACH follow the steps below:
Tap on the deposit icon at the right of the app
Select “ACH/ Bank account”
Connect your bank account
Enter the amount you wish to deposit
Tap "Deposit" to confirm.
It may take up to 5 business days for this transfer to be reflected in your account balance.
IMPORTANT: For ACH deposit transfers, there is no fee, but there is a $25 fixed fee for reversed transfer. For more information, visit our fee schedule.
