Spectre Data for Valuations

We've made multiple Spectre data points available within your Street App. So if you're doing comparables on the go, have a question about a property around the corner when you're in a valuation, or you're doing face to face prospecting inbetween appointments - Street and Spectre have you covered.

When opening a valuation appointment on the Street Agent App you will see a tab called Spectre Data.

Market and Property Data

The Spectre Data tab contains extremely useful market data including if it's listed with another agent and the price and when it was listed as well as property data such as the year it was built and estimated sales and rental values as well as the property history.

Nearby Listings

The Nearby Listings section shows you any nearby listings, including the address, property details, listing price and agent it's listed with. You can click into the photo to see photos from those listings for comparison if needed.

Clicking the blue map icon will bring up a map of the nearby listed properties for a quick visual of what is on the market nearby.

Nearby Completions

The Nearby Completions section works exactly the same as nearby listings, just showing you nearby properties that have completed instead. You can see a list of completions as well see via the map view.

Street is constantly being updated. This can mean that some of these articles become slightly out of date. If you spot something that looks a little bit different to your Street account, please let us know on the live chat so we can get it updated.
