Seller Sale Tracker (Desktop)
Once you have accepted an offer for a sale, the seller will gain access to a new section in their consumer account called My Sale Tracker, from within the Seller tab.
Note - The Sale Tracker currently only shows in the seller's desktop account and does not show in the Street Consumer App.
The sale tracker allows the seller to track the progression of their sale as well as complete various tasks relating to their sale. It's important to note that these tasks are not mandatory and the sale can be progressed in Street as normal however it does give the seller a checklist of tasks to work through.
The task checklist is directly linked to the Sales Progression section within your Street account. Once a task on the Sales Progression page is activated, it will activate in the seller's account. For example, by marking the Memo of Sale as sent, the vendor task of 'ID to Solicitor' activates in both Street and the seller's account.
Clicking into this task allows the seller to mark is as complete, which will also update the sales progression page in Street.
As the sale progresses, the seller can continue to mark tasks off such as completing the welcome pack, receiving enquiries from the solicitor and signing the contract.
Note - It's important to note that these tasks are not actually completing anything or sending any emails / documents. It is simply a checklist for the vendor and the only outcome of marking a task as complete is updating the sales progression in Street.
