Buyer Managing Offers (Desktop)

From within their Street account, buyers are able to submit offers on a property following a viewing. Additionally they can see the status of any offers that have been submitted.

It's important to highlight that when a buyer submits an offer, it does not go directly to the owner. Instead it goes into your Street account for you to review before deciding whether to relay to the owner and accept / reject the offer. For more information, see our Accepting a Sales Offer help article.

Submitting an Offer

Buyers can submit an offer from a few different locations in their Street account via desktop.

Firstly after submitting feedback on a viewing, buyers will be prompted to make an offer.

Buyers can also go to a completed viewing where they will see the 'make an offer' button.

From the overview page, by clicking into an individual property buyers will have the option to make an offer, either from the three dots on the right (if feedback hasn't been given yet) or simply from the 'make an offer' button on screen (if feedback has been given).

When making an offer the buyer will need to enter the amount and add any notes.

Submitted Offers

At the bottom of the Overview page, buyers are able to view their submitted offers, highlighting the status of their offer

If an offer has been rejected, buyers have the option of submitting a new offer which will again be sent to you to review before you choose to relay to the vendor.
