Each property in Street has an FAQ section for frequently asked questions from applicants. As an agent you can add answers from your Street account however landlords also have the ability to answer frequently asked questions from viewings directly from their Street account.

This is particularly helpful if you are on viewing as you can submit the question via the Street Agent app and potentially get an answer there and then!

From the Landlord > Viewings > Viewing Questions tab, the landlord can select a property.

From here the landlord can see a list of questions for that property, showing historic answers as well as the option to add an answer to any new questions.

Any answered questions will then show in your Street Agent app during viewings, giving you the information you need at your fingertips.
