From their Street desktop account, landlords have access to their monthly statements as well as any documents that you've shared.

From the statements section landlords can access their monthly statements and download a copy. Additionally landlords can generate their own income report by selecting a 'from' and 'to' date.

From the documents section landlords can access any documents that have been shared with them, either manually on an individual document basis or when sent via email as an attachment.

Individual documents can be shared via the property's Documents and Files page (Info > Documents and Files) by clicking the three dots > share settings.

When uploading a document to Street, via Create Document > File Upload, you will also see an option to share the document.

If you need to 'unshare' a document, go back to these share settings and untoggle the box.

Additionally, any files that have been attached to an email and sent to the landlord will automatically display in their Documents tab in their app.
