Dashboard
When first logging into the Partner Platform, partners will see their dashboard showing key reporting on how many referrals they have received and their statuses.
Referrals
From the referrals tab, partners can see a list of each referral they have received which is easily filterable by fields like status, assignee and which agent the referral came from.
A more detailed breakdown of a referral can be accessed from the the three dot menu on the right and clicking view.
From an individual referral page, partners can see a breakdown of the referral including when it was referred, and who by. They can also update the status of their referral using the 'referral status' drop down. Any changes made to the status here will automatically update in your Street account, showing a notification and adding a log in the activity stream. Additionally these changes are what will affect commission amounts being earned by your agency for the referral.
Partners can also add notes, choosing whether this should be a private note (and only stored on their partner platform) or if it should be shared with the referring agency.
Any notes shared with the referring agency will show in the activity stream of the client, for example on their sales applicant page.
Commission Payments
Depending on the partner's commission settings, when updating the referral status they will see the information regarding to the commission owed. For example having a commission of £50 on application setup and changing the status of a referral to any of the 'application submitted' options will show the £50 commission owed to the partner.
Appointments
From the appointments tab partners can integrate their work calendar with Calendly. Your agency will then be able to book a referral directly into their calendar at a date and time that suits them.
Once set up, they will see a list of upcoming and past appointments that you have booked in for them.
Tip! We highly recommend suggesting partners set this integration up as it can greatly increase the conversion rate of referrals!
Settings
From their settings users can amend any of the settings they entered when setting up their Partner Platform account as well as access some additional settings.
Notifications
From the notifications settings in their Partner Platform, partners can set up their preference for being notified about referrals, including what email should receive the notifications and setting individual user preferences.
Integrations
Within the integration section partners can set up their Calendly integration, if they haven't already. If already set up, they can see their unique booking link.
Billing & Payments
Within billings & payments partners can manage their payment details and also add additional seats.
Note - If a partner's subscription ends and they do not have an active payment method set up, they will lose access to the referral information, until they re-subscribe. However the referrals your agency has sent will still be accessible in your Street account.
Assignment Rules
From the assignment rules section partners can create rules to determine who referrals should be assigned to depending on what Street agency or branch the referral comes from.
Give Feedback
At the bottom left of the Partner Platform there is an option to 'Give Feedback'.
Partners can use this option to contact the Street Partner Platform support team directly with any questions they have or any feedback they want to share.
