Suggested slots allow you to view the most efficient times to book an appointment, based on the travel time between an existing appointment. This feature works for all users across multiple days, making it quicker to book appointments and easier to manage your diary more effectively.

When booking an appointment from a property, applicant or a viewing from an existing viewing page, when you reach the calendar page to select the date and time you will see a toggle at the top right called 'suggested slots'.

This will be toggled on by default however can be toggled off if needed. When toggled on, you will see a list of suggested times to book the appointment along with the travel time between the two locations shown in blue. If there is an existing appointment already at the location, you will see the 'at location' text in a green banner.

If one of these is suitable you can simply click into it and it will populate immediately on the calendar page in that suggested slot space.

Alternatively, you can use the calendar itself to view all available suggested slots as well as their respective travel times. You can then click onto any suggested slot to book into that time.
