Removing a Property from the Portals
On occasion you may need to remove a property listing from the portals (Rightmove, Zoopla etc), for example if a sale has been agreed and the owner has asked it to be taken offline.
Another common case for removing a listing from the portals is if you need to change the branch it is assigned to. If a listing is live on the portals it is not possible to edit the branch in Street as there is an active link with the portals. By temporarily removing the listing you break the link and can change the branch in Street, before putting it back online.
In Street, this process is handled by a feature called Low Profile.
Note - If you want to remove the property from one specific portal you can do so via Edit > Edit Property Sales / Lettings Portals instead.

How to Low Profile a property listing
To get started, head to the property page and click Edit (at the top right) > Edit Sales Listing / Edit Lettings Listing.
From here, tick the 'low profile listing' option under the portal settings section and click save. This will remove the listing from the portals.
When you are ready to display the listing on the portals again, simply untick the low profile listing option and save. The listing will then reappear on the portals.
Note - Enabling and disabling the low profile feature will not cause the listing to show as a new listing on the portals. This is because the portals can see the original listing is still being used and therefore low profile cannot be used as a workaround to update an older listing to show as a new listing.
