What is Yo Telecom?

Yo Telecom is a specialist telecommunications provider dedicated to helping SMEs and estate agents succeed through smarter communication.

What is Linx?

Yo Telecom's flagship product for the property industry, Linx, is an AI-powered phone system designed specifically for agents. Unlike a standard telephone line, Linx acts as an intelligent bridge between your conversations and your CRM.

Yo Telecom email contact: info@yotelecom.co.uk

Key Features

  • Instant caller pop-up & one-click file access - The moment the phone rings, you'll see the caller's full name, postcode, and associated properties β€” giving you immediate context before you even say hello. One click takes you straight to their full profile in Street.co.uk.

  • AI call summaries & smart notes - Every call is automatically transcribed and summarised into clear bullet-pointed key points and next actions. Notes are instantly posted to Street.co.uk after each call β€” no manual input needed.

  • Intelligence Dashboard - Get a complete view of your phone performance in one place β€” total enquiries received, viewings booked, estimated revenue generated, and instant identification of follow-up opportunities. Built-in leaderboards keep agents and branches motivated.

Benefits

  • Drastically reduce admin time - AI note-taking and call summaries eliminate manual admin, freeing your team to spend more time with clients and moving deals forward.

  • More conversions, less missed leads - See who called, why they called, and what needs following up β€” all backed by AI insights that help convert enquiries into bookings and revenue.

  • Smarter decisions across your agency - With real-time performance data and visibility across teams, branches, and caller types, you can pinpoint opportunities, improve responsiveness, and grow revenue faster.

How does the Yo Telecom integration work?

For a full breakdown of the integration, see this demonstration video.

When you receive a call, a pop up will appear in Street showing that person's details and, if they exist in your network, you will see key details including their name, phone number and postcode. Additionally if they have any linked properties these will show as well.

You can also quickly navigate to the person page using the blue folder icon next to their name or their linked properties using the property link.

When the call is ended, Yo Telecom will use AI to give an overview highlighting key points of the call and suggested next steps, as well as the call recording, transcript, sentiment and analysis of the call.

Additionally, the notes from Yo Telecom automatically add to the activity stream for that person in Street, including a log of any inbound and outbound calls, both answered and unanswered.

How do I integrate Yo Telecom into Street?

Yo Telecom can be integrated with Street via an API access token. To get started, head to Settings (on the left side panel at the bottom) > Account Administration > Applications.

Note - You will need to be a Company Admin to access the Account Administration section and generate an API key.

In the 'create new application' section, add an application name (eg Yo Telecom, however this can be whatever you want it to be) and in the 'API token scope' drop-down select 'Open API'.

Finally, add a contact name and email address of who will be building the application. It is really important you enter your developer's details as opposed to your own details so we can notify them of any changes to the API that might impact your set up.

Once you've entered all of the information, click the 'create application' button and you will see an API access token appear. This token is what will be used to integrate Yo Telecom with Street.

Click the 'click to copy' button which will copy this API access token to your clipboard.

Note - It's important to ensure you copy the API token before navigating away from the page as the token will not display once you have left the page.

Share this API access token with Yo Telecom and they will be able to finalise the integration.
