Unprotected deposits are clearly highlighted in the GlueDog Chrome Extension, so you can quickly see which tenancies need action. From the tenancy record, click Register Deposit and the form is automatically pre-filled using details already stored in Street. Simply review and submit to complete the protection.
Confirmation is shown immediately and the deposit certificate is automatically added to the property documents. When it’s time to refund, you can start the process directly from the tenancy or move-out page, keeping the entire workflow simple and fully aligned with your CRM.
