You can schedule a price reduction in advance so that it takes effect automatically on a set date, without needing to manually update the listing on the day.

From the property page, click Edit (top right) and select Edit Sales Listing. From here, tick the Schedule a Price Reduction checkbox and then set the new price and the date you'd like the change to take effect.

On the scheduled date, the asking price will update automatically.

When a price reduces, you may want to automatically run a new applicant match to capture any applicants who now fall within range. This can be enabled in Settings > Branch Settings > Property Matching. For more information, see our Property Matching Settings help article.
