Logging In (Consumer Desktop)
This article covers how your customers can log in to their Street Consumer Desktop account. If you're looking for information on logging into the app, see our Street Consumer App Login help article.
Logging in for the first time
Customers can login via https://demo.street.co.uk/login where they'll see a welcome screen asking them to log in. From here customers have a few different options to log in.
Email and password - Simply enter their email, click continue and enter their password
Email a login link - Enter their email and click the 'email me a login link' option which will send them a magic login link to use
Login with socials - Login using a social login such as Google, Apple, Facebook or Microsoft
If they can't log in they can click the 'cant log in' option where they'll be prompted to reset their password or contact your agency for more help. For more information, see our Login Issues (Consumer Desktop) help article.
