Caller ID (Agent App)

How to enable and use caller ID in the Street agent app on iOS to see a contact's name and property address before answering incoming calls.

Caller ID (Agent App)

The Street agent app can identify incoming calls from your contacts before you pick up using the Caller ID feature. This feature syncs your Street contacts in the background, pulling in people linked to your upcoming and recent calendar events.

This means even a first-time caller ahead of a viewing or valuation will be labelled correctly when they call your mobile, showing their name and property address, as stored in Street, appear directly on your lock screen and call screen.

However it's important to understand your personal address book is not affected. Street contacts are kept completely separate, isolated to the call screen via iOS's Call Directory Extension, they won't appear in your phone's contacts app.

Note - This feature is available on iOS only. If you are using an Android device, you will not have access to this feature.

Enabling the feature

To enable the Caller ID feature, open the Street Agent app and head to the Profile tab and then select Caller ID. This will open your phone's 'Call Blocking & Identification' settings where you need to enable Street Agent.

Once enabled, Called ID will automatically work in the background, there is no further set up needed.

What you'll see

When a call comes in from someone in Street, your lock screen and call screen will display their name and associated property address instead of just a phone number. If the caller isn't linked to an upcoming or recent event in Street, the call will display as normal.
