When booking a viewing or valuation appointment, either from the calendar or the property, you can assign a lead agent and add one or more secondary agents to the same slot. This is useful for high-end valuations with multiple valuers, joint viewings, or taking new staff along for training.

The lead agent is the primary point of contact for the appointment and will receive confirmation emails and calendar entries in the usual way. Additional agents will also have the appointment added to their own calendars.

When booking a viewing or valuation from the calendar page, you will see the name of the agent you selected on the calendar as well as 'additional agents' field.

This field can be used to add additional users to the appointment by simply selecting from the drop down. The appointment will then show across all user calendars.

When booking an appointment from the property you'll see the 'add additional agents' field at the bottom of the page.

This works in the same way, allowing you to choose additional users to attend the appointment which will also show in their Street calendar.
