Persona pills are the small coloured labels shown next to a person's name in Street. They tell you the other roles that person holds with your agency - so you can see at a glance that a buyer is also a vendor you act for, or that an applicant is one of your existing tenants.

A person only gets a pill for a role they currently hold, so the pills reflect where they are with you right now rather than their history.

Hover over any pill to open a context card for that role. The card pulls in the key details for that side of the relationship - for example, hovering the VN pill shows what they are selling with you, and hovering the TT pill shows their tenancy.

Persona pills appear next to names in a number of places across Street, including the person page, the owner and tenant details on a property page, the Enquiry Centre, the sales chain sidebar, viewing contacts in the diary, and when someone is @mentioned in a note.

Persona pills also show next to each name on the sales applicants and lettings applicants tables, so you can spot a dual-role contact while working through the list rather than clicking into every record.

The table never shows its own type as a pill - you won't see an SA pill on the sales applicants table, or an LA pill on the lettings applicants table - so a pill on these tables always tells you something you didn't already know from the page you're on.
